Shipping Locations

Smokez Vape Depot currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.

Orders placed outside our supported shipping areas will be canceled.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

We reserve the right to delay processing for age verification, fraud prevention, or inventory confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Age Verification & Delivery

Vape products are sold to adults only.

Age verification may be required:

  • Before order fulfillment

  • At delivery, depending on carrier requirements

Failure to complete age verification may result in order cancellation without refund of shipping fees.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for refused or undeliverable packages.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Smokez Vape Depot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to address errors may be subject to:

  • Reshipping fees, or

  • Order cancellation without refund of shipping costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Smokez Vape Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Restricted Products

Certain products may be restricted in specific provinces or regions. Smokez Vape Depot reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped.

Order Refusals & Returns to Sender

Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Shipping fees being withheld from refunds

  • Order cancellation at our discretion
